Images #1-13, 15-18, 20-23 were loaned to the Museum for the report by Don and Jane Lacy of Lindsay, Oklahoma. Don's father, Issac Lewallen Lacy, owned a photographic studio in Lindsay and bought out another area studio in 1949.
Images #14, 19, 24 were copied from photographis loaned by Lucien S. Kempf of Lindsay, Oklahoma. Lucien was a broomcorn buyer in Lindsay from 1951 until the 1970s. He started out in 1946 working for Scott Moore, a well-known broomcorn buyer, whom he bought out in 1951.
